Joe Haley has had a long and very successful career in Employee Benefits. Early in his career, Joe worked for one of the largest insurance companies in the world representing a wide array of employee benefits from Group Medical Insurance to various Pension programs. Joe supported some of the top Insurance brokerage and consulting firms in Indiana, Michigan and later the greater Chicago region. This unique experience and success prepared Joe to start his own company, JK Haley & Associates providing all aspects of employee benefits to corporate clients throughout the Midwest. In addition to his expertise in the traditional fully insurance marketplace, he is also very skilled in providing unique alternative /self-funded programs, professional employee communications and targeted wellness/preventative care programs that reduce and control claims - contributing significant savings to your bottom-line. Everything that JK Haley & Associates does in based on a very aggressive pro-active customer service and risk management mindset. Joe has many happy clients of all sizes and industry sectors. Kevin was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he earned his bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.

Immediately after graduating with high honors, he began his career in the insurance industry, where he has gained over 20yrs of experience specializing in individual, small, and large group health benefits. His diversified background of working both the carrier and broker side has allowed him the opportunity to manage each client with a consultative and strategic approach that will best fit their specific needs. Kevin prides himself in his ability to build strong and long- lasting relationships with his clients.

For the past 15yrs, he has resided in the Dallas area with his wife and 3 boys. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, rooting on his beloved Chicago Bears, and coaching youth sports.

Jenna started as a Client Account Manager in March 2023. She is from a northern suburb of Chicago, Northbrook. Jenna also studied at Oakton Community College, located outside of Chicago.

Jenna possesses a Property and Casualty License from working at Aon for the past 6 years. Before her time at Aon, Jenna worked in the e-commerce industry for nearly 7 years.

In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and son along with 4 family dogs.

Brett joined the JK Haley team in November 2022. He was born and raised in a southwest suburb of Chicago, Oak Lawn. Later in his life, he moved further south to the town of Tinley Park.

He studied at Roosevelt University while also playing baseball for the Lakers. He earned his BA degree in Business Management with a minor concentration in Human Resources. As Client Account Manager his responsibilities include account management, reporting, and weekly project meetings.

In his spare time, Brett enjoys playing golf and working on his family’s summer home in Michigan.
